4-6 hours training, plus a little bit of extra time for weekly check-ins and community engagement. It's designed to fit into your already busy life - not be another thing on your todo list!
Book your own shoot locally (I'll still guide you through prep), or skip the photoshoot entirely and focus on your transformation. Your goals, your rules!
My 1:1 coaching is fully personalised with direct access to me during the week. This group-based challenge, however, is structured programming with group accountability built-in. Both work, and it really depends on your budget; current commitments (time, energy, resources) and how much personalisation you need to achieve your goals.
Most women see visible physique changes, increased strength, improved confidence, and a solid understanding of how to keep progressing. In short, women look hotter naked. This isn't just about transformation photos. It's about transformation that lasts long after the challenge is over! I’m all about building sustainable, life-long habits.
You'll have support through Kahunas, our community platform, where you can ask questions, share struggles and get support from your peers and myself! Know that you’ll never be alone in the process.
Nutritional guidance is flexible for most dietary preferences. Program includes exercise modifications for injuries. If you have significant limitations, reach out before enrolling so we can discuss if this program would work around your current injuries.
No, our program can be modified for workouts at home, or at the gym.
